Jus In Bello Convention

Hi guys!
Finally we're here with the so awaited schedule for the convention! You find it HERE, you don't need to print it because we will hand it to you at registration desk with everything else from pass to convention booklet.

Please do remember that convention is a live event so this schedule can be modified for unforeseen reasons at any time before or at the convention, hence once at the Hilton pay attention to the timetables that will be posted before the various rooms and to the announcements that the staff will do for any change. We also wish to remind you that JIBCON3 is a 3 days event so to be sure you can have all your autographs and photo ops you need to be here the whole 3 days, not 1 day or a part of 1 day.

If you miss some activities because you were not there when the staff announced the change we won't take responsibility.

Emails
We wish to inform all of you that from Sunday April 15th since 6.00 p.m. we won't be replying to any email anymore. All the staff will be busy with final arrangements for the conventions and away from office. So be aware that any doubt or question you may have need to be addressed before that moment.

For really urgent matter you will be able to phone us at +39 3460132094 but please don't abuse this because we do need to work to make everything run as smoothly as possible and we can't keep repeating the same things over and over again. So search the information you need on the website before calling us and be aware we could not be able to get calls all the time.

Underage participants
If you have not done so yet you must have your parents filling permission to get admission to the convention and if you've reserved a room at the Hilton to get it.
You have to print permissions fill them and bring them to the convention.

Accreditation and getting your pass badge

We remind you once again that to register at the convention and to access convention premises you must produce:
1 your pass receipt that is your personal invitation plus all your photo ops, autographs etc... email receipts (you just need first page of each email and you can print it in black/white. The terms&conditions page is just for your information, we don't need it at the con desk)
2 an ID DOCUMENT with a picture of you to show at the convention registration desk.
Without either of them you will not be allowed inside.
You CANNOT have someone else pick up your pass badge for any reasons.

Merchandise, printed photos.
There will be various gadgets and photos available for you to pick up, but please consider only way to give minimum required contribution for them is going to be cash in Euro. We won't accept credit cards, other currencies or bank checks. Inside the Hilton hotel there is a cash machine which will work as long as there is cash availability of course.

JIB Poster
There is an official poster of JIBCON 3 but it will be a surprise. You will be able to see it only at the convention.

ROMAN HOLIDAY
RH instructions both in English and in Italian have been send out to people taking part in this special activity (ONLY TO THEM if you are not part of RH you will not receive them). If you are part of it and you have not received the instruction email please contact us so we can send it again.

And least but not last we are happy to let you know that ANDREA CASTA will be with us again, you will find him on stage providing good company as usual!

"SUPERNATURAL FANDOM'S GOT TALENT 3"
Jus In Bello Assn. announce following contests themed on "Supernatural"

1) Art Contest

All graphical and pictorial artworks can take part in this contest (drawings, comics, paintings either made on papery supports or with computer graphics, original photos themed on supernatural content).

Manipulated pictures of actors are NOT accepted as artworks.

Rules
- All works must be submitted within the 24^th of March.
- It is possible to take part in the contest only with original works of your own making.
- It is possible to take part in the contest with works already published online or otherwise as long as artist is still the rightful owner of the work.
- Every participant or group can send a maximum of 2 works.
- Sending their works participants (or group of participants) declare they own the art entirely.
- People from every country can take part in the contest.
- Participants accept their work –if selected- will be displayed at Jus In Bello Convention.
- All submitted works will not be returned. Only artworks displayed at the convention can be reclaimed by rightful owners directly on convention premises on the evening of Sunday April 29^th. Therefore we suggest to participants to send pictures of their works by email for the selection. Authors of selected artworks will be bound to send or bring their works to the convention.

Application to the contest is FREE, participants simply need to send their works along with their data (name, surname, address, email, phone number)
Via email to: graphics@jusinbello.it (accepted file formats: .jpg, .gif, .png – for images bigger than 1200KB participants must send a link or mail a cd to following address)

The Winner will have their work signed by one of the guests of the convention and if not attending the event they will have it mailed to them.

2) Fan-video Contest

All fan-videos based on Supernatural Tv Series can take part in this contest.
Video makers can use images and scenes of all seasons up to the last aired episode.

Rules
- All works must be submitted within the 24^th of March.
- It is possible to take part in the contest only with original works of your own making.
- It is possible to take part in the contest with fan-videos already published online as long as artist is still the rightful owner of the video.
- Every fan-video must have a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
- Every participant or group can send a maximum of 2 videos.
- Sending their works participants (or group of participants) declare they’re the rightful makers of the video.
- People from every country can take part in the contest.
- Participants accept their videos –if selected- will be broadcasted at Jus In Bello Convention.

Application to the contest is FREE, participants simply need to send their works along with their data (name, surname, address, email, phone number)
Via email (providing a link to download the video) to: video.contest@jusinbello.it

The Winner will receive an autograph from one of the guests of the convention and if not attending the event they will have it mailed to them.

All submitted works must not be offensive, injurious, or damaging to third parties, guests, organizers and other fans. Participants are responsible for their actions and works.

Hi everybody,
we're here with news that hopefully will make someone happy!

Thanks to some of our prophet pass patrons we have a few passes available again. Also because some people forget that rules to be part of this family are meant to be respected before at and after the convention we have a few more places to redistribute.

So Saturday February 4th at 3.00pm (Rome time) you will be able to send a request for:
- Demon Pass DP213
- Demon Pass DP217
- 3 random Hunter Passes

If you are interested you need to send 1 email to staff@jusinbello.it specifying your
SURNAME and NAME
EMAIL ADDRESS
ADDRESS
PHONE NUMBER
BIRTH DATE

Demon passes cannot be requested for children and teenagers under 15 of age, nor can be requested if you need special assistance because seats are already assigned and we would not be able to make necessary changes.
Hunter passes can be requested for children and teenagers under 15 only if you are requesting a pass for an adult who will be responsible for them all the time too..

Minimum contribution requested to be part of JIB with a Demon Pass is 315€ and with a Hunter Pass is 110€.

Hi again folks,
so are you ready for Meet&Greet details? And we're pleased to announce that there'll be sessions with all guests! We hope this will please all of you!

Most sessions will be held either on Saturday or Sunday, but some will be on Friday too, so if you aren't sure you'll be there all days please inform us before sending your request. This way we'll try to figure out if you can take part in a session or not.

First of all let us say bookings will open Saturday December 17th at 3.00 pm (Rome timezone) as usual. Please note we will accept bookings coming from 3.00 pm onward only, not a second before, so be careful about the time you click on the send email button because we'll discard the bookings received ie at 2.59 pm.

Secondly, as you can imagine available places to meet each guest are VERY limited, only 15 people in each session (you can find a brief description of Meet&Greets here).
So please remember this if you try your luck but miss out on the meet & greet you wish to have, we hate to disappoint you but we only have a handful of seats that will be assigned by request arriving list.

Finally below here you can see details for all specific Meet&Greet:

Jensen Ackles M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 450€
(if you wish to split it in 2 installments you can do so like this:
230€ within usual 3 days and 230€ within January 28th). Exceptionally
for Jensen you can book 2 different meet&greet sessions.
Jared Padalecki M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 450€ (if you wish to split it in 2 installments you can do so like this: 230€ within usual 3 days and 230€ within January 28th).
Misha Collins M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 275€ (if you wish to split it in 2 installments you can do so like this: 140€ within usual 3 days and 140€ within January 28th).
Richard Speight, Jr M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 110€ (if you wish to split it in 2 installments you can do so like this: 55€ within usual 3 days and 60€ within January 28th).
Sebastian Roché M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 110€ (if you wish to split it in 2 installments you can do so like this: 55€ within usual 3 days and 60€ within January 28th).
Mark Pellegrino M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 110€ (if you wish to split it in 2 installments you can do so like this: 55€ within usual 3 days and 60€ within January 28th).
Brock Kelly M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 110€ (if you wish to split it in 2 installments you can do so like this: 55€ within usual 3 days and 60€ within January 28th).
Jason Manns M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 50€. Exceptionally for Jason you can book 2 different meet&greet sessions.
Steve Carlson M&G - Minimum contribution required will be of 50€. Exceptionally for Steve you can book 2 different meet&greet sessions.

Please everybody do remember 1st installments are not refundable and it's not possible to convert them into something different (photo ops, autographs, etc...) if you cannot complete your request. Also please remember it's not possible to send someone else in your place at a meet&greet session if you cannot attend the convention for an unexpected reason.

Hello girls and guys,
finally here we are with news for most awaited news about "ROMAN HOLIDAY"!
For information on what "Roman Holiday" is and how it works, here is a link to get all the explanations.

Sure guests attending the tour will be Misha, Richard, Brock, Sebastian and Mark.

You will be able to send your requests BY EMAIL (
staff@jusinbello.it ) or through WESITE FORM on SATURDAY 26TH NOVEMBER FROM 3.00 PM ROME TIME ZONE.
Please
don't send multiple bookings or you will make our job that much more
complicated! And give us at least a couple of hours to reply to you!

You can book for yourself and your friends up to a maximum of 5 people in 1 email.
We understand you want to go with your friends but at the same time we
want for everyone to have a chance and having emails requesting more
than 5 places at time would make that difficult.
As you know available places are very limited (under 30) so please understand that most probably we won't be able to have one for each of you who wish to join the activity.
We hate to disappoint any of you but we cannot do miracles, so please be very aware that places will be assigned by request arriving order and if you don't get one it simply means someone else was faster and luckier than you!

Required contribution will be of 495€ if you send it wholly within 3 days or you will be able to split it in 2 times like this: 250€ within 3 days and 250€ within January 14th.
Please
do remember that Roman Holiday places cannot be handed to someone else
for any reason even if you cannot take part in it any longer.

Hopefully we are preparing another unforgettable tour in a very interesting place in the center of Rome,
to spend time in the historical heart of the city, this mean we would
need to leave the Hilton Hotel quite early on Friday morning due to the
traffic jam we could incur into, so before deciding to join
Roman Holiday consider that starting hour on Friday 27th April will
surely be set between 6.30 AM and 7.00 AM and if you cannot be there on
time you will miss it.

Once arrived at destination the actual guided visit will last around 2 hours and then you will be escorted back to the Hilton Hotel before regular convention activities start.

Next week we will give you pool results for possible double photo ops
and all details for Meet&Greet, but we can already tell you that
M&G will be up for the booking on Saturday December 17th.

Finally here we are with the most expected passes to take part to JIB Con: Prophet Pass!
As anticipated Prophet passes auctions will be available from Thursday 20th of October in the afternoon (Rome timezone) and they will close in different days at different times, starting from Friday 28th of October early afternoon (Rome timezone) until Monday 31st of October night (Rome timezione). We'll give an additional thrill to next Halloween!
You
can already register in the auctions section of this website even if to
start placing biddings you'll have to wait Thursday 20th.

You can find below a description of Prophet pass and a small guide about how to register and participate in the auctions.
Please remember that if you'll win a pass you'll be free to decide if
to send the whole ammount in 3 days or if to split it in two, with the
first half to be sent within 3 days and the second one to be sent within
December 10th (if you'll split it there'll be additonal 10 euro to be added to each installment).

Prophet pass description

THIS PASS GRANTS ACCESS TO 7 MEET&GREET SESSIONS, 1 with
JENSEN ACKLES, 1 with JARED PADALECKI, 1 with MISHA COLLINS, 1 with
RICHARD SPEIGHT JR., 1 with MARK PELLEGRINO, 1 with SEBASTIAN ROCHÈ, and
1 with BROCK KELLY.
ATTENTION, SOME OF THE MEET&GREET SESSIONS WITH THE GUESTS MENTIONED ABOVE COULD BE A PROPHET PASS EXCLUSIVE.
We cannot tell you which ones because we're still working to make it
possible to provide you single M&G with all guests, but we cannot
promise this. SO PROPHET PASSES ARE THE ONLY SURE WAY TO ATTEND
MEET&GREET WITH ALL ACTORS.
